As a part owner of Changes Salon I would like to clarify that the recent post from rivals rivals has inconsistencies pertaining to his wife's visit. First off we have no one by the name of Lori that works for our shop. Second we operate under professionalism and would never tolerate a stylist drinking while on the job. That post has been reported to Goggle.

Changes has such a great crew of talented stylists! You're in fantastic hands no matter who's chair you sit in. Nikki Kelly has been doing all of my services for over 18 years, and in that time I've not only been able to experience the excellent quality of her services, but I've been able to see the incredible work the other stylists put out. Lisa, the owner, is kind and welcoming, very talented and committed to helping her stylists thrive and ensuring every customer who walks in the door is treated like a VIP. I wish I could give more than 5 Stars!

I thought i would try something new, I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Deanne was my "stylist" she did an awful job. I asked for highlights and left with a grey/blue tint to my blonde hair. I left with my hair still damp and my cut was so uneven i had to wear a hat. She scheduled me 3 days later for a touch up on the color but she couldnt do anything for me the night i was there. she was in too much of a hurry to leave after i sat for 2.5 hours.
I told her i felt uncomfortable to go back to her and i would like some money back for her destroying my hair. She refused to give me a nickel back! I called her but had to leave messages so instead of getting a call back she would only text me. Real professional. I will never visit her at changes, or the womens club for any service!
