Nice quiet place. I had one of the best Swedish massages. Great prices too! Would definitely recommend this place.

My sisters and I were having a birthday celebration with a spa day! This was our first time trying Laguna Canyon Spa and we truly enjoyed every minute of our facials and massages. My masseuse, Sabrina, gave me the best massage of my life and trust me I've had plenty of bad massages. She used her hands the majority of the time and found "the spots" immediately.

It was divine! My sisters said they enjoyed their massages also! All the therapists were very attentive and sweet making my sisters birthday feel special. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was its not a "fancy spa" setting, lots of crystals, Buddha's and chakra paraphernalia laying around but it's also not the price of a 5-star spa. We will be back!

Laguna hidden gem! They are the wellness hub of Laguna Canyon! Really great massage therapist and they have an infared sauna. Your able to recieve many different treatments (massage/facials)!

The reservation process went very smoothly. However, one of the massage therapists was a no-show! I was given a replacement service and they removed my nose piercing without consent. The service provider only apologized when she saw me visibly distraught. They then proceeded to charge me full price on the services. The owner (Lucy) kindly offered a partial refund but never followed through.

Very accommodating; nice atmosphere. Very friendly. but honestly I wish I like my massage a little more. Perhaps I'm not vocal enough about the amount of pressure I prefer or the spots I want worked on but this massage was just okay.

First time at Laguna canyon spa and it was amazing. Sara gave me a facial and it was so relaxing. She is the sweetest and has a great touch. She was very knowledgeable about my skin type and gave me great recommendations on how to keep my skin looking beautiful! Totally coming back because of her!

My boyfriend and I had a 90-minute Couples Massage on Valentines weekend. Easily the BEST massage I've ever had. Julie was very attentive and professional, as was the massage therapist who worked on my boyfriend. I have scoliosis, so I always have knots in my shoulders and lower back. Julie knew exactly how to handle it. Highly recommend!

My experience at Laguna Canyon Spa with Sara was amazing! I had her Valentines Day Facial with a chocolate mask, which smells AMAZING by the way. After, my skin was glowing! Throughout, I felt relaxed and enjoyed all the different scents, like lemon, during the session. Also, there was tea in the lounge to enjoy before or after!

We had the pleasure of a 30 infrared sauna followed by a cool foot bath in Terry robes with rejuvenating juice then a full 60 minute full body hot oil couples massage with very good masseuses that asked and listened to our needs for the correct amount of pressure to use. Had a groupon for the sauna/couples massages and the owner Lucy said that she would match the price of a groupon in the future. It was the best spa experience I've ever had and I've been to Glen Ivy.

Where can I buy or find art pieces by A. Keefe on the Internet? My sister and I booked the Friday Special; $100 each for a massage and facial. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed the massage. Robin was outstanding and a 5+. The facial was a 1-2*. The aesthetician was very kind, but it was the most minimal facial I've ever had. The upsale was strong and considering we'd bought the Friday Special, clearly a $500 facial (what was offered, repeatedly) was not on our agenda. The artwork in the spa is also a 5+. Overall it was a good experience because of their kindness and the best service was the massage. Maybe

I have purchased a massage for my wife through LivingSocial but we let it expire and they were still kind enough to accommodate this with another massage. Location is hard to get to but it's nice.

My wife and I enjoyed the Laguna Canyon Spa for the second year in a row. We came there after our wedding last year and our anniversary this year. Everything about the experience was great. We did the 90 minute couples massage with the sauna. Paula and Julie were awesome, incredible, sweet and knew exactly what to do. I was having nerve issues from my back to my feet. The only way can come here is bad traffic whole day. I don't believe I just drink the water from the water bucket like the following picture. The service is not cool but "cold".It's terrible for sure.

I came in for a couple's massage and sauna treatment while vacationing in Laguna Beach. The pros: We got an apt with one days notice. Both massages were great. My girlfriend's masseuse was very sweet. With the voucher deal, the price was good. The products were great. The cons: SHARI. She was rude and pushy. We were 3 minutes late and she chastised us.

We felt like we were inconveniencing her from the moment we met her. Then, as we had our "girlfriend time" she worked busily around us making loud noises the entire time. After the massage, I gave a $20 tip. SHE ACTUALLY ASKED FOR A BIGGER TIP!

I had been looking for spas for my girlfriend and this spa looked really nice and the reviews were pretty great. I had made an appointment and paid $165 for a couple spa. I had to call to cancel the appointment as my girlfriend could not make it and it was more than 24 hours ahead which was how much they had asked if you wanted to cancel. The owner, Lucy, told me that my money would be returned within 10 business days.

After 10 days, I called at least 3 times a week but no one answered the phone or called me back when I had left voicemails with my name, number and concern. I did this for at least a month now and I have yet to receive a call back. Very disappointed in the customer service of this business despite the positive reviews

This is the best hidden treasure in Laguna! I live in Laguna Canyon and met the owner Lucy at the dog park. I was going to have surgery and needed a last minute lash and brow tint so I called the spa and Lucy got me in right away and did an amazing job, a great perfectionist!. Don't judge a book by it's cover! You would never know about this little gem as it is hidden in the back of a small retail space but when you walk in and take off your shoes you are transported into a serene and beautifully designed and decorated full service spa!

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job Lucy. Every time I looked in the mirror after my surgery it made me feel so much better to see my beautiful colored lashes and brows instead of my puffy, pale swollen face. I will see you again soon to take advantage of the rest of your services.

Lucy has that masterful touch that makes a regular massage a must have in the routines of my life. She is amazing. Her intuitive skills manage to work out those kinks in my body from stress and get me back to feeling brand new! Her massages are so good that I "gift" myself the next massage in advance so that I will make time for myself to go to the Laguna Canyon Spa regularly.

I received a giftcard for the Goddess Package for Mother's Day from my husband and kids but did not have time to go until almost one year later (because I am a working mom). But when I did take the time to go one Sunday, my experience was wonderful! It started off with a soothing footbath, then a wonderful massage from Lucy, the owner herself. It was very calm and relaxing, then I got a light and delicious lunch of chicken salad with blueberries and last, a wonderful facial from Susan. The entire experience was like I had gone on a mini vacation lasting about 3 to 4 hours and everyone was so friendly! I highly recommend this spa and hope to go back soon.

I bought the Goddess Treatment for my BFF and myself. The lovely experience actually started when we hit Laguna Canyon Road. Just leaving the busy 405 freeway and turning onto the canyon road - you knew you were in a for a special day. When we arrived it was quiet and peaceful. We removed our shoes and put on the little slippers and proceeded to sit in lovely chairs while the owner and her the facialist washed our feet and treated us to a Goddess card reading. Oddly - both of the readings were spot on! From there we had our treatments by the very experienced Lucy & Susan. We were like limp noodle-women by the time we left. It was amazing and we will return asap!
