The Oaks Massage Therapy

Kim was absolutely amazing but their customer service is terrible. They called me about my second appointment while I was working so I couldn't answer my voice-mail and the person said, "are you efficient g kidding me" and then hung up. Very unprofessional I will not be going back.

My 1st time ever getting a message was last year on my 29th birthday! I was so excited because it was something that I have been wanting to do for a long time. I didn't know what to expect. I had Ms. Nomi and she was very good. Asked me if I was okay and everything. I also love the fact that they have heated tables instead of heated blankets like some places my friends have told me about.

The room smelled so good and I love the whole vibe of the place as well. My overall experience was great and this is my go to place to get a message. And the prices are very reasonable to me! Also I just had a pregnancy message last Saturday and it was wonderful. I had the chance of getting Ms. Nomi again and she made me feel so relaxed once again. I will be going again in May for my self care mother's day weekend and I already can't wait.

Kim the owner is great and has a nice place here. Friendliness, professionalism, communication, honesty, and treatments 5*! I was reffered here by a surgeon for lymphatic massages after a procedure. The location is easily accessible and staged well for the services. You get text reminders and confirmations. Kim is generous and honest. She told me I did not require as many treatments as most people because I was healing well. She could have taken my money. I would return and refer.

Definitely would recommend this place. Amanda was great. Perfect pressure for the deep tissue massage and helped with all my trouble spots. I feel so much better now. Has such a relaxing atmosphere and the rooms were comfortable and decorated nicely.

Nomi did a deep tissue massage. I have been to many highly recommended places and this massage was the best by far!

My husband and I had an appointment for our 25th Anniversary and I was disappointed as it was my first time and I wanted my husband's experience to be the best if at all possible, "Not" first there was no AC at all and we were not told this until we were out of our clothing and on the table we weren't given bath robes offered tea coffee and only offered water if I felt like I was becoming lightheaded lol wow.

The aromatherapy I couldn't smell because it was very, very humid in the room my husband and I shared. I was told that she didn't know what I expected, First I think my expectations were a bit too high for their establishment. The best experience was the hot rocks for both of us WOW, Kimberly gave us a small refund which actually covered gratuity and maybe tax wow don't think we'll ever go back.(our AC is out we may need to reschedule you ASAP)where was that so that we could have had the option to come or not.

My rating had nothing what so ever to do with the therapist, they were polite I personally was expecting something else soooo with that being said this is in no shape form or fashion to deter, try it you may like it just wasn't our day at The Oaks and maybe we'll return. Thanks again Kimberly for reaching back out to us kudos to you my intentions were not to harm.

I came to The Oaks for a deep tissue massage about a week ago with Nomi and it was fantastic! She had deep pressure in all the right spots. She asked me how the pressure was twice and listened to me the when I told her where all my trouble spots were. She attended to all of them! Nomi was very pleasant and I WILL GO BACK TO NOMI AGAIN!

Kim was very pleasant and gentle lol. 10 out of 10 recommend!

This was my very first professional massage. Naomi was AMAZING. The atmosphere was great, the receptionist was nice and warm upon entering. The massage was EVERYTHING! I felt incredibly relaxed. The hot stones, just yes lol. I highly recommend and will be returning! Thank you for making my birthday great!

I can't for the life of me remember the massage artists name but she went above and beyond, incorporating hot stones and steaming towels to help loosen my muscles.

April and Kim were phenomenal! They honored my gift card from a couple years ago even though they are under new management. My best friend and I wanted to treat ourselves and relax. This is exactly what we needed. I LOVE deep tissue massages and the pressure was perfect! Highly recommend.

Kim Adam's gave more than a massage to a married man. Yikes, not exactly the couples massage you want! Save your money and skip the Happy Ending from Kim.

Couple's Massage- Walked in and we were greeted right away. Had some refreshments and then taken to a relaxation room. They brought us wine and turned on a little fire place, after we were taken to our massage room. I received a relaxing hot stone massage and my partner a deep tissue. The therapist made sure to concentrate on areas I needed more attention like my wrist, elbows and hands from my job as a tattoo artist and made sure I was very comfortable. My partner enjoyed his as well. The whole experience was warm and relaxing.
