I've been going here for years. My last session had me in tears and it was a deep tissue massage, but I felt like she was touching my soul. I left feeling relaxed and with a clearer mind. S/O to Carla. Definitely looking forward to scheduling my next one. Also, Samantha is great at what she does as well. The way they find the problem area and massage it out. I truly thank you all for having a no judgement safe space to melt away the day to day stress that accumulates on the body.

I had a great therapeutic body work massage. Large selection of different types of massage. Mine targeted some specific areas of neuropathy after a recent surgery and it was done perfectly. They also have deep tissue, swedish and others. The services they offer are available on their website and are very well described. My masseuse was Carla and she was great!

I have been coming to Jacob and Anthony for about a year now. Initially I was coming more frequently, but now it's about once a month. This is because they have done such an excellent job on my body, which had been giving me such trouble for some time. I had visited a chiropractor about 3 times and eventually stopped because they didn't tell me what I could do to reduce the pain in my lower back - the same went for a massage therapist I was seeing.
No one was telling me how to correct my problem, until I came to Hands on Healing. They broke down exactly what caused the problem, how I was exacerbating it, and what to do, and not do, to fix it. After a couple of months of sessions with them, I was able to exercise again and walk briskly. I cannot thank them enough for my health and good night's sleep!

I purchased a massage as a surprise for a friend because she scheduled appts twice monthly already; I paid using a prepaid Visa gift card only to realize after finally asking my friend if she enjoyed the gift, they never told her about it and instead processed the payment without services rendered. Meanwhile I'm ripped off because I no longer had gift card number to track payment.

Best massage therapy in Montgomery! I received a Swedish massage (with a little deep tissue therapy) from Carla, a licensed massage therapist at Hands On Healing. It was both a relaxing and invigorating session. She also identified the root cause of my hip and back discomfort and suggested a few at-home exercises and corrective measures for relief of my symptoms. I highly recommend Hands On Healing for anyone dealing with muscle tension or back pain.
