This was my first professional massage and I must say. What a wonderful experience! I was greeted when I arrived. I received a lymphatic massage from Kathy and it was amazing! We had a great conversation about work and our families. She was very welcoming and a pure joy to be around. With this being my first massage, she made sure I was comfortable and if I had any questions, she answered them without hesitation. The facility was very clean. I have already recommended her to two people and I will continue to send referrals.

I've had a couple of massages here and the therapist seemed very knowledgeable. The actual massage was wonderful, but it was impossible to relax because the therapist was very chatty. She talked throughout the last half of the massage each time and I felt like I needed to maintain eye contact and my end of the conversation to not be rude. She would even stop the massage repeatedly to tell a story using her hands to gesture. I enjoyed the massage, but likely won't go back since I had a very hard time relaxing and felt really awkward most of the time.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I have always been courteous and thoughtful when making appointments and keeping them and that same courtesy has always been returned to me from the staff at HSV Massage Professionals. There have been days when I have woke up with an awful migraine and just wanted a massage and didn't have an advance appointment and the staff have always tried to squeeze me in even if my regular therapists aren't available.

I think they are the most affordable and courteous people I have dealt with in regards to a massage. I hate that others have not had a good experience. I recommend them to many people. I have had several therapists work on me there and I have a couple I use recurring but I have never heard anything but positive things of people's experiences there so I would not hesitate to try a new therapist if needed.

Just today I called and was very professionally set up with a last minute massage for two. Again, I've never had a problem, I've never been rude to them because I have never had a reason to be. I have always been treated with respect, I have NEVER not been greeted when I entered and I have never kept them waiting and they have never kept me waiting.

I hope those who have not been happy with their services at least gave the management a chance to rectify the situation before flaming them in reviews. I have no personal stake in this organization. I just enjoy their services/pricing for this area.
