Founded in 1986 by Paul Fontana, OTRL, FAOTA, the Center for Work Rehabilitation was established to enlist the expertise of occupational therapists to work with workers injured on the job and make the workplace safer. Resolved the medical issues that I've had and has given me a lot of strength and confidence. We don't believe in locking you into a lengthy membership, because we believe you'll be so happy that you'll keep coming back all by yourself.
The Center for Work Rehabilitation, Inc. is a comprehensive industrial occupational therapy rehabilitation facility that closely simulates everyday work activities & environments and the experience to excel in this area of practice. By using the Fontana Center to physically test and access our pre-employment candidates we have added a very valuable and essential step in our pre-employment screening process. We now know whether or not a candidate is physically capable of doing the job for which he/she is being hired to do.

I really found out alot about my body coming here. As far as somethings that I need to increase my workout on and stretching with my head leaning backwards for my curve in the back. Something doctors have Never told me in my annual exam. The instructors were very patient, informative, yet stern. I will replace this over my Planet Fitness membership 10 fold.

The Fontana Center has a special place in my heart. Owners Paul and Rose Fontana were the best supervisors of mine to date. Their exceptional work ethic and good moral character really shows in the way they treat their clients. Office manager Malana really dedicates herself and does a great job of maintaining the flow of this facility. I miss the time shared with her in the office and will always remember the laughter; but also the professionalism and focus on good quality customer service.
As a longtime part of their team I felt happy to be involved in the wonderful service that they provide to our community. Now, as a fitness member, I can tell you that it's a wonderful workout environment. It's busy enough to keep business running but not so overrun that you can't find the equipment that you need. I enjoy getting in my zone and using the StairMaster and their full circuit bodymaster machines plus free weights.
They also offer a Junior Olympic size heated lap pool for those who prefer aquatic exercise. If you're looking for a place to work out where you will feel comfortable and won't be distracted by a parade of people strutting their stuff on display then this is the place for you. There's an emphasis on Health and Wellness and it's Come As You Are. you will be offered encouragement and guidance by staff and see great results!
I regret to no longer be a part of their team but I love that I can go there and reconnect with my former work family and even the clientele before I get in the zone and decompress with a wonderful workout. something that admittedly I haven't been keeping up with lately as I should but you can bet I'll be back there in the groove very shortly! Thank you Paul and Rose Fontana for all of the passionate work that you put into your Center! And just know that you have made a change in my life for the better. I pray that you continue to be successful and I will see you very soon!
