Sissy did an excellent job repairing my eyeliner. I had it done previously by someone that obviously didn't care if it was done correctly or to my liking. Sissy spent a lot of time with me making sure the eyeliner was the right color, she used a smaller size needle, and the result was a much-improved appearance. I was naive about the permanent cosmetic procedures before having any done.
Now I know I should have asked more questions before I ever had anything done and I should have made my wishes known clearly for the results I wanted. Thanks to Sissy for a job well done. I would recommend her to anyone considering permanent cosmetics.

ASked for all over blonde with dark undertones underneath and all she did was foil my new growth, cut and styled for 265$. Couldve got this done as supercuts the same way but I heard she was the best and figured I would get what I wanted for that over price. My hair looks about the same as i went in. I dont know what to do with this.i wont go back. She has a very professional attitude but i even showed her a picture of exactly what i wanted but didnt get it. I look like a cheetah.

Horrible will never go back there i wish there was a negative star you can cut the air with a knife when we came there for a couple of questions about permament make up and possibly bringing a group of women to follow and felt very unwelcomed by the owner a few years back totally overpriced and saw a lot of her past work on people in town they were also not not pleased with it. I dont see why people put up with it and very surprised its still open.

I've been going to Reflections by Sissy for over 7 years. I had tried several salons in Panama City before going to Reflections by Sissy. I am fortunate I found them when I did. My hair was getting a dull greyish tone and the grey hairs were peaking out. Both Nikki and Sissy are very knowledgeable with hair color products and helped me get my hair back to the color and shine it was when I was in my twenties. I highly recommend them.
