The stylist was very kind and very nice to me. However, I asked for specific things for my hair and I don't know if there was a miscommunication or really what happened. Because I repeated what I wanted and asked if she needed any other info from my hair. Well, I wasn't happy with my haircut but the professionalism and service of the place was very nice.

I wanted to show pictures and the stylist didn't want to see pictures. I asked for multiple layers and 3 inches off and all she did was cut a v shape and cut off half an inch maybe. So idk maybe pictures will help even if the stylist says no. But once again nice place, sweet stylist. But there was a disconnect with understanding what I wanted.

This salon has an almost 5 star rating because they actively delete and report 1 star and negative reviews. I do not recommend this salon Service: Haircut

Everyone I've interacted with at the salon is so incredibly nice, sweet, welcoming, and has excellent customer service skills. Even when a service doesn't go quite as planned and needs fixing I've been met with nothing but smiles and care from staff who just want me to be happy with the end result. Knowing how it can be in the service industry on the other end, I'm so appreciative of the care and concern that has gone into the services I've had done. Definitely making this my go-to salon in Eau Claire and looking forward to coming back for years to come!

Kim my hair dresser did a great job on my hair. Took the time to make sure I was happy. Instead of using harsh chemicals that most salons use, she used a plant base hair color. Was very clean and the atmosphere had a nice cozy feeling. Plus they have extremely comfortable chairs with leg rest when they rinse you hair out. I had a few complaints the day my hair was done.

With all the bad experiences I've had in the past, this one I'm hoping will be my permanent salon. It was supposed to say I had several compliments on my hair, not complaints. I also forgot to mention when they wash your hair, they give you a scalp massage that'll put you to sleep right on the spot.

If you would've asked me if I would've given this place five stars the first and second time I came here I would've said no. I decided to give this place a third shot with a different person. So glad I did! Jenna did such a good job on my hair! I kind of let her figure out what to do so we went with a balayage. It looks so good. She is fun to talk with and very professional.

Went to see Mary. She fixed my at home double process hair. She toned it, conditioned and trimmed. Looks a lot better than before. Really nice salon and I was able to get in same day with her. Also decently priced. I'll be going back for a facial next time!

Got a haircut with Jenna which was great. My 6 year old came with me and ended up getting her nails painted while waiting for me. I didn't find out until checking out that it cost $22 to get her nails painted. I was expecting $5 or $10 for a simple polish. It would have been nice to know we were going to be charged $22 for a polish. Service: Hairstyling

Ok, this review is nothing against the solon. I've been here on three other separate occasions and I have always been happy with the results. However, on my most recent visit on 12/8/18, it didn't quite go as well as the previous appointments. I told the stylist that I wanted to further enhance the current ombre that I had. I wanted it lighter on the bottom and darker on the top. she showed me the swatches, we picked out the colors, and she asked me where I wanted the blonde to start.

I told her I wanted to start blending in the blondes around the middle of my head. So I took off my glasses and let her do her thing. After the hair processed she washed the dye out, toned my hair, and started styling my hair with the chair turned away from the mirror (had my glasses off for this process as well). After she styled it I put on my glasses and look in horror at the results (curly hair picture).

Not only was the blonde way too high, but it was also uneven with minimal to no blending. After asking the stylist to fix it she said that she was booked for the rest of the day and didn't seem to care much about how bad of a job she did. So I went to the front desk to see if there was anything they could do for me. Thankfully another stylist appointment had canceled on her and she could try and see what she could do.

She ended up being able to fix mostly fix it and it looks way more blended and even (straight hair picture included). It still wasn't what I really wanted but there was only so much she could do to try and fix it. The salon didn't make me pay for the fix however, I still had to pay for the original appointment (which was not cheap). I will continue to go to this salon but I will not be going to that stylist again because I don't think the work she did was up to the standard of this great salon.
