Went there to use a gift card I received. Bought some skin products that are amazing. The staff was so helpful and nice.

Went and saw Jeff for a deep tissue massage. My back has not felt this good in a long time! I will be making this part of my self care routine!

I had the Sea Salt & Honey Butter Body Facial. I loved everything about the experience. Melissa was my esthetician, and she made me feel completely comfortable. I walked out glowing.

Hard to get an appointment with a female masseuse if that's your preference. Website doesn't always work properly. That being said, when I actually can get in I've always been treated kindly and thoroughly enjoyed my massage or other service such as a facial.

My go to location for a massage but tried a facial today with Melissa and it was fantastic and my skin is glowing. Love Sunflower Spa!

I've had a couple massages here in the past and they were really good, but my experience yesterday was the opposite of relaxing. As I was sitting in the waiting area I was surprised to hear loud footsteps and what sounded like furniture being moved around from above. I was hoping it would be confined to that area, but nope - I had to hear it my entire 75 minute massage.

And what was even worse was the fact that I had to listen to someone's conversation from another room for well over half of the massage as well. It was so distracting that I just wanted to leave. The massage itself was good, I just wish I could have been able to relax and appreciate it. Unless there is an attempt made to better sound proof the rooms, I don't see any reason to spend extra money on a massage that is supposed to provide a nice ambiance.

Sunflower Spa staff and facility provide an incredibly calming environment. It becomes immediately evident that Sunflower Spa has gone to great lengths to communicate the importance of the relationships between one's mind, body, spirit, and environment.

All which is personally observable or experienced via the plethora of diverse spa services offered, the overall facilities esthetics, staff's welcoming demeanor, and even the products they have available for patrons to purchase. Observable, clear and careful consideration has been attended to with regards to in all elements of this spa. The massage therapist - Stephanie - informed me of the entire massage process prior to beginning.

Her friendly and caring demeanor created a sense of comfortableness that only enhances the overall process. This visit and experience really is eye opening with regards to how a person is able to and should be taking care of themselves to replenish and positively care for their mind, body, spirit, and environment. The affects and effects of such personalized and wholistic self-care instrumentally aids individuals in such massive ways that each individual is that much closer to achieving their best and full potential. The recommendation to visit Sunflower Spa is a no-brainer.and making it a regular regime in your lifestyle is too. Thank you.

I just discovered Sunflower Spa and I'm already hooked! The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is incredibly friendly. Both massages I have had were amazing and really helped to get rid of the muscle tension and pain I was feeling. I have a facial setup in a few weeks and I can't wait to try their skin care products! If you are looking for any spa services I highly recommend checking them out!

Decided to go in and get a facial after my poor face has been taking a beating and I've been slacking on proper care. I was randomly paired up with Maria and I'll definitely be going back. Maria was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, non-judgmental, and took the time to talk with me about my skin quality and recommendations to help me with my skin confidence.

Best of all at the end of it when most places try to force you into buying products, Maria provided me with a list of everything that was used during my session and gave me a no pressure run down of them. I can't wait to go back. Extremely impressed with the whole spa, but the customer service made me want to come back!

The reason for my low score is because of the customer service I received here. I moved to the area a few months ago and immediately began going in for regular services- massages and facials. The massages I received were okay- not super amazing but they helped with my chronic back pack. The facials with Casey were fantastic and amazing. She definitely knows her stuff and I had planned on being a regular customer- meaning monthly facials as I believe they are worth it. However.

I had to undergo and unexpected surgery and my recovery took longer than I wanted. As a result I had to cancel my facial but because it was not within the 24 hour policy they charged me for the entire session ($155). Due to my circumstances I would have been okay paying half or come to some other agreement but I thought this was mean. I emailed them to ask then for another option rather than paying the entire amount but they simply charged my card and I heard nothing else. I understand they have policies but We have choices. I believe a little empathy would have gone a long way. They lost a lifetime customer over $155.

I've had two great massages from Kat. I have chronic issues with my back from injuries from childhood, and surgeries on my knee and foot from a bad fall on the ice a couple years ago. I have my back adjusted regularly by a Chiropractor that I trust, but feel that I need more help with massage therapy concentrating on my back. It's been great so far.

Not only do massages help my back, but give me a relaxed feeling of well-being. The Sunflower Spa is a beautiful, and serene, and very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend the Sunflower Spa, and Kat.

Very knowledgeable, relaxing experience. Kasey was wonderful to work with, but everyone there was kind. She had all of the information I needed to help take care of my skin after my experience at Sunflower Spa. My facial was calming and my skin looks amazing. I will definitely be back here!

I had dermalplaning for the first time this trip to the spa. The experience there is always so relaxing and pleasant. The staff is fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

The staff at Sunflower is always amazing. They are accomodating, caring and kind. I've had several massages and services done here over the years and had multiple practitioners, and I have yet to find a complaint. My last massage was a 90 min stress-fix massage with Katt and it was the best massage I've ever had. Katt applied deeper pressure where I carried my stress to work out some of my issue spots and then applied a lighter pressure else where giving the best blend of deep tissue and relaxation. I highly recommend this massage and to see Katt.

I was impressed when I walked in because the spa looks very cute. I was offered water and to hang my coat up. But the massage therapists aren't that great. I bounced around 3-4 times to try to find someone that actually let me leave feeling relaxed and relieved. My shoulder tension was always still there walking out the door. I was recommended to Hilary and she was wonderful- unfortunately she doesn't work there anymore so I haven't been to sunflower spa since.

Wow great customer service! I am at Lake Winnebego for the weekend with my wife. I have some work to do Friday during the day so was going to surprise my wife with a spa treatment for her while I worked. This place did not have any availability. However the person that answered the phone was able to give some other great recommendations of other places in Appleton I may want to look into to take my wife!

What a fantastic little gem this place is! I booked a couple's massage for me and my wife, for our anniversary and couldn't be happier with our experience. It all started with my initial phone call to make our reservation. Since I hadn't been here before I had a number of questions about their services and the woman on the phone took the time to make sure all my questions were answered completely.

My wife is a rather large woman so I asked about their robes and the woman helping me honestly started that their robes might be too small and suggested she bring her own to avoid any embarrassing issues. I greatly appreciated the candor and it told me that my wife would be made to feel comfortable there. Unfortunately, some of our experiences, with spas haven't been so pleasant as sometimes it felt like she was being judge for not having the "perfect" body.

We never for a moment felt that here. We opted for a 90 minute massage with a steam shower beforehand and a few enhancements to the service. It was a couple of hours of pure bliss and I was glad we didnt have much planned for after the massage as we were both so relaxed we just wanted to chill for the next few hours. I wont say that their services are cheap-a good massage is going to cost-but compared to some of the high-end "luxury" spas, this place is a deal.

We got a couple's massage, with a number of add-ons, for just slightly more than what it would have cost just to have purchased a massage for my wife. When you consider cost, the quality of their services, and the warm, friendly atmosphere you really cant go wrong booking your next massage here.

I was referred here for a massage by a co-worker and was so happy with the whole experience.the spa was clean, well decorated and had a very friendly staff. I had one of the best massages I have had in a long time. I highly recommend Kat.she's great!

I went here for a massage because I got a gift certificate, but I am definitely going back. I got a signature massage with Kat and was very happy. I also received 15% off the products they sell (aveda) because it was my first time which was definitely a bonus. It was a very nice, clean place. Definitely recommend.

I have had nothing but great experiences here at Sunflower. I've had massages and waxing and everyone I encounter is friendly and wonderful.

Amazing Ultimate Massage with Jennifer! She uses a light touch relaxation massage, so if you're looking for deep tissue, choose another therapist. However, if you're after relaxation.she's your girl! I felt like part of the table I was so relaxed. The only negative was the loud talking in hallway/rooms nearby.

I see Charles at Sunflower Spa, and I can't say enough about him, and the Spa. It is very welcoming, comfortable and the products are outstanding. Having said that, there is no pressure to buy anything, they are very low-key and that is welcoming in this day and age. Charles is very professional, courteous, and he has helped my shoulder (which has hurt for over a year), feel immensely better!

I recommend Sunflower Spa to anyone who wants a great massage, or other treatment at a decent price. My only recommendation would be better parking access, but that is still doable, and not really that big of a deal!

I drive an hour to come back to this spa because nothing else comes close. Service I awesome and prices are reasonable. Can't say enough about how amazing they are. I haven't had a bad massage yet, and I've had many!

This has been one of the best massages that I have ever received. The staff is very friendly and I always feel instant calm when I walk in.
