Dr. Valet and her staff are professional, kind, and attentive. After having been checked for any skin concerns I received a call regarding a concerning spot. Dr. Valet and her staff took the time to explain, schedule, and get this issue taken care of. Dr. Valet also took the time to help me understand all things about my skin. I have awful food and pollen allergies and have been struggling with hives. Although dealing with allergies isn't fun, the team at Traceside always puts a smile on my face. They are so caring and kind and have worked hard to find a regimen that works for my allergies. The office is beautiful and I love that they send text reminders and make it easy to schedule appointments. 100% recommend this group if you are looking for an amazing allergist in Nashville!

Horrible communication. Drove 1.5 hours for them to tell me my son needed a new referral. His doesn't even expire until August. No regard to gas prices or any type of apology was given. Been waiting 7 months for this appt!

I have seen Dr. Amy Valet for Dermatology for multiple years & she has always been spot-on with her diagnosis & treatment plans. On top of that, very thorough, patient & the staff is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment there. The nurse came in with her usual friendly disposition and when she left another lady came in the room, saying I'd owe additional money since my referral expired. I asked her why didn't any one tell me it expired. These are are exact words."THATS NOT OUR PROBLEM, THAT IS PATIENT RESPONSIBLITY AND THATS A FACT!" Im all for parient responsibility but when I inquired about who she was, she is a lady from the front desk.

When does the front desk lady enter an exam room was my first thought. Second thought was who was she talking to like that. Half smugged face and smiling about what had happened, I was livid. The doctor proceeds to tell me I need to leave because she was a good person. And told me to leave. He was standing right there when all this happened and didn't say a word until I went back in the exam room. So I did! Won't be returning! HOW RUDE. Is this a HIPPA violation?

This is the most MEDICAL dermatology office I've been to (comparing to 3 others in the last 15 years). There was no push to purchase cosmetic products or services. Very much appreciated.

I went to Traceside Dermitilogy on a recommendation of a close friend. I initially got in very quickly and the allergy doctor diagnosed me with the tick disease called Alpha Gal. I really is a tough allergy to handle as I cannot eat any meat or byproducts from a hoofed animal. Since I have been diagnosed Traceside Dermitilogy has been very unresponsive to my requests for follow up care.

I am having a lot of skin issues I few are related to the Alpha Gal but they won't even see me to discuss. In fact, several times I have called to try make an appointment with the allergy doctor's wife who is the dermatologist and they are booked out 6 months. They often say, "let me talk to the doctors and I'll call you back". But never do. It's really frustrating now that I have a diagnosis to get further care.

I have even asked for a referral and they just say check with my insurance. Wow, thanks. I recommend finding a different doctor if you want any ongoing care other than an initial allergy test. Bad business in my opinion. I will not recommend.

They did a thorough exam and spotted several small areas of concern. They froze those areas as a preventative measure. Made recommendations for the edema in my lower legs and offered some samples to try.

Dr. Valet and his staff are incredible. I appreciate the peaceful environment and the kindness displayed from each staff member. Dr. Valet is very knowledgeable and has helped me substantially in understanding my allergies and how to optimize my overall health and well being.

If I rated this facility based on the office staff alone it would be five stars! The ladies at the front desk are very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I did not have the experience for which I was hoping with the allergist. Although he was kind and listened to my ongoing issues of 5 months, he did nothing more than test me and prescribe steroids that I had already expressed concern about at my first visit.

I researched and based on his bio he was a great choice for a second opinion. I drove an hour each way and took time off of work just to be another "patient" and not someone who wanted to find the source of the problem and not just given medicine to suppress my immune system. I would not recommend for someone who has been suffering with no answers for the cause.

Dr. Casey Shaba is amazing. She is is very good with my five year old son with eczema. She is kind and thorough. Their office is also quick and efficient. I would highly recommend their practice, especially to parents.

I've been going to see Dr. Robert for allergy shots for over a year now. I've also seen Dr Amy for melanoma checks as well. They are both great to work with and I've always felt comfortable talking with them. My main reason to give a review today though is to talk about their office and support staff. They are all the utmost professionals who take the time to learn special details about their patients. Anna is the nurse who gives me my allergy shots most times that I come in and she is pure delight. Kendra and April (so sorry if I misspelled either of y'all's names lol), always ask after my family and can recognize me even with a mask lol.

There have been times I've had to bring my toddler and they are so kind to her and give her pictures to color and make me feel like I'm visiting with friends while I'm waiting in between the shot and the check. I could not speak more highly of this staff!

Another positive experience with Dr Amy and her staff. I arrived early and was taken back right away. The waiting room is large so social distancing is never a problem. The office/waiting room and the exam rooms are spotless. Dr Amy makes you feel like you're her only patient.

So grateful for Dr. Amy Valet, Lauren, and the rest of the staff at Traceside. They are always professional, yet kind and friendly. The office is welcoming and warm. I'm especially thankful that Dr. Amy found my melanoma on a routine visit. If it had not been for her expertise and knowledge, it would have gone undetected for some time, and the outcome would have been less than favorable. I'm thankful to have found Traceside and would recommend highly to anyone in need of a dermatologist, which is everyone!

My two visits over the last three weeks have been pleasant, professional, friendly and productive. On my first visit, Dr. Valet noticed three possible problems, took samples for biopsy, arranged for a surgeon to handle the most serious skin site, and her staff would use freeze-dry to resolve two minor spots on a followup visit as the biopsy results indicated they were minor.

She also wrote down for me the names for several skin spots so I could research to learn more about them which only confirmed her diagnosis. On my second visit, I had several questions written out to ask of Dr. Valet regarding coming surgery. However her nurse, who took care of the minor spots with freeze-dry, was able to answer my questions in a competent, satisfactory manner so no need to talk to Dr. Valet.

All of the staff, beginning with the receptionists were as friendly and competent as is possible. The light, airy reception area is a very pleasant area to wait, but the wait time was very short, especially for a doctor's office. Traceside Dermatology deserves five stars.

I had doctor Amy and she was great. Her assistant was awesome too and took my tags off right away. They numb you first with a shot and it does not hurt when they take them off. They were cosmetic but it only cost me 70 dollars which is not bad if you need to get something removed that is bothering you. They are prompt, fast, and efficient.
