I'm a cross fit guy and have a sports injury in my low back. I was stretched first and then massaged. I've honestly not felt this much relief in a long time. I'm a avid Chiro user, yoga, fitness guy and this was by far one of the best things I've done. I do feel better. I still need some maintenance work and will be back. Then I plan to go monthly. I'm telling all my other CrossFitters!
