The intention of the first three days of the program is to introduce the students to awareness based bodywork through short talks and experiential exercises. The students begin the program with sensitivity and perceptivity exercises which help form the base for contacting our clients with safety and respect.

Attending this school was a wonderful experience overall! I absolutely love how kind the staff were and I got really close to my classmates. It didn't feel like just getting an education, it felt like being a part of a big family! I appreciate how helpful the instructors were whenever I had questions and coming to this special massage program changed my life for the better :

I went as a client of the student clinic and I was very happy with my visit. Clients fill out forms regarding personal information and specific health concerns, meet their therapist during a short intake interview, and propose the plan of care before heading to a different room where the tables are separated by curtains. There is soothing music and you can hear other clients and therapists talk, but it's not too distracting.
I felt comfortable discussing and addressing my specific needs, more than I would in a professional massage session. There is a short exit interview to provide feedback. I would definitely return again and recommend others to try the student clinic.

Best massage education! I attended between July 2016-July 2017. Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The education is excellent! The teachers teach in creative ways, so you actually learn the material and pass your massage exam! We learned hydrotherapy, sports massage, polarity, reflexology, and a ton more! Would stay longer if I could! I moved away and became a licensed massage therapist and worked at a chiropractor's office. Two thumbs up!

I am a 2006 graduate of FSM. From my first day I knew I was in a special place. The care and time spent on a students individual education is simply awe inspiring. I will never forget my time in this school and the change it brought to my life. My career has been so rewarding and I have to thank my instructors and mentors from FSM for that. I just graduated about 2 weeks ago. there aren't really any words to describe the full experience you get in attending FSM. I'm really fortunate to have been in the first class post covid. The instructors at this school are seriously from another world. in an amazing way. In all seriousness, every employee here, every piece of this puzzle at FSM, is there to bring awareness of the best you there is.
That is just one part of what sets this school apart from others. It's a full body experience and every step of the way, you see and feel that everyone working with you, supports your empowerment. They care about you passing the mblex, they care about your body mechanics for longevity, they care about your well being (physically and mentally), they just care. It's just the most amazing place on the planet. Just visit, you'll feel it! The most incredible experience and journey in my life!

In my personal experience not only did the school help mold me into the best therapist I could be but they also recognizably transformed me into a better person over all. their curriculum is UNTOUCHED to what any other massage school has to offer. I cant imagine anyone regretting enrolling into this school. I would undeniably do it all over again.

My experience as a student at FSM was amazing! This experience was like none other for me with such a different but refreshing classroom dynamic. It made learning easy and also allowed me to learn so much about myself besides massage. They really want you to find your own style and embrace it. The staff from instructors to administrative are all wonderful and so kind.
Anyone looking to go to school for massage therapy I could not recommend this lovely school more. It's worth every penny and you get to feel at home while you are here. What's not to love?

What an amazing experience! The way they incorporate the hands on learning with the classroom learning is awesome. The instructors and staff members care for and are invested in each student. They were always available for help and it was obvious that I was not just another student coming through the program. I was cared for as a person. It is truly an all encompassing program that prepares you to go out and make connections with other human beings. Best decision of my life!

The staff provides a familial feel while also remaining very professional. The students learn techniques that allow them to utilize their skills and their bodies instead of going against the natural flow and abilities. The campus is relaxing as well as positive. The environment is a must in terms of experience. Their teaching technique is very unique and in personal opinion, incredibly effective. If you are an avid massage seeker, or interested in a first time massage, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.
