This place has horrible untalented Hair Stylist.name Tara. I paid 350. For highlights base color and H/C.barely gave me any hightlights.the H/C was a chopped mess and took so many imches off I didn't ask for. The blowout was a joke.looks better natural. Went back to complain and another girl named Liz was supposed to fix my cut, she chopped more! Was told I could it fixed when grew out some.

Well NOW THEY ARE CLOSED.WHAT A RIP OFF. Mind you Ive been a Cosmetologist for 36 years and had just moved back and looking for someone good. I had a couple bad cuts from people I worked with before Covid 19.so I paid more and got my hair ruined. Still growing out this mess so I can try again. Ugh

I had Tara back in May and I 100% let her know to NOT make any layers above my last layer. She kept cutting and cutting saying she was 'blending' then she kept asking to herself why my hair wasn't 'laying right' she went to go see if another stylist could look at my hair and while she was gone I turned the chair around with a mirror and was absolutely shocked by what I saw.

My hair was BUTCHERED! Tara came back and saw the horror on my face and said she's sorry but my hair looks 'edgy' EDGY?! No sis, it looked hideous. Even after my shock, she STILL tried to cut more to 'fix' her incompetence! I moved my head, said we are done. In her defense, she did not charge me. This whole horrific ordeal lasted about an hour and a half of her cutting and 'fixing' her mistake.

She was upset and did not charge me (I still tipped her $40) cause I'm not heartless. but I suggest if you have hair that is out of the norm, this is NOT the place to get your hair cut. Beyond disappointed. It's been six months and Im still known as the girl with the terrible gross haircut. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have been going to Alessandra's for years (probably almost 10 years now) for salon and spa services. Since changing ownership, the overall quality of the spa and staff has declined greatly. When I walked in, there was an entire crew of people gossiping and eating up front. The bathrooms are super dirty, the toilet handle broken. Even the soap container was dirty.

Overall feels low end and no longer the quality spa experience from the overall look of the spa, lack of cleanliness, to lack of professional staff. Massage was ok, but not as good as in the past by far. People laughing and taking all throughout massage made it difficult to relax, music too low so it didn't drown out what works be normal noise. I've also recommended several times throughout the years.

I most likely won't go back and certainly won't send anyone else. It's sad, there really aren't many spas out there and this was my go to. On the hunt for a new place. Definitely not worth the price I paid!

Dominique is my stylus and I have to say she is absolutely amazing! I have struggled with getting the right color blonde in the past and what she does is absolute magic. I've been seeing her for a while and my hair is in the best condition that it has ever been. Most definitely my best hair experience and I'm never disappointed. I always feel amazing when I leave and get so many compliments.

This place is amazing! The ladies are always so nice and make you feel comfortable. My daughter and I have both had our hair cut and styled by Bonnie. She listened to what we wanted, asked questions and went to work. The end result has been perfect for both of us! Price is comparable to most other places and worth it if you come out with an excellent hairstyle. We will definitely be back for our next cut! Thank you Bonnie!

I've had my hair cut and highlights twice now by Anita. She does an excellent job with everything and makes sure you are happy with your hair. The prices are pretty much the same range as other nice salons in the area. They have a great variety of hair products for sale. All of the staff is very nice and friendly. The artwork inside is also very nice, I was told it was all done by the owner!

I went to this salon after hearing great things about it in Facebook group I belong to. The salon was very nice and reasonably priced-plus if you're a new customer you can get a coupon for $20 off your first visit! Adam was my stylist and cut and highlighted my hair. He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with my cut or highlights! Oh and don't forget the wine. I highly recommend making an appointment with Adam!

I had the best cut and color of my life today with Adam. I went in with terrible color, grey roots and a cut with no shape or style. I left with such an amazing cut and color that compliments me better than any I've ever had. Adam cut EVERY single hair so precisely that no matter which way I flip, turn or brush it falls back into the most flattering shape!

I'm beyond thrilled and so very thankful! I've never been the girl who gets stopped and asked who does your hair? Well in the last 3 hours since leaving the salon, I've been asked 4 times. Simply amazing!
