We often believe that we may know what our life is supposed to look like, making it hard to adjust to unexpected loss. This is perfectly normal, life rarely goes strictly according to our plans. However, what is not normal, would be letting the loss overwhelm us to the point where we become full of fear and anxiety.
During Jill's 5-DAY SERIES, she meets face-to-face with clients 1 time per week for 5 consecutive weeks. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT - a type of psychotherapy that challenges negative thought patterns related to self in order to treat self-sabotaging behaviors or mood disorders. Each Session lasts 60 minutes and costs $100.00 per session.
Jill is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Marriage Family Therapist and Coach uses a collaborative approach to provide support and guidance while offering Blended Care (a combination of online and in-person treatment) to assist individuals and couples through some of the most difficult times of their lives.
