Tension patterns differ from person to person, so at Simply Bee we will create a customized massage designed to assist you with your goals of stress and/or pain relief and relaxation. Rather than offering a menu of different techniques where you pay more for deeper work or are limited to one specific technique during your entire session, Simply Bee will work with you to create a customized soft-tissue treatment plan that is most effective for your needs.Since no two bodies are the same, the pressure, pace, and technique used shouldn't be the same either.

It also eases chronic muscle tension and pain, reduces physical fatigue, and relieves muscle spasms and cramps.
