Spa 41

I have been going to this spa for a very very long time. however my massage was absolutely the worst massage I have ever had, the massage therapist pretty much put cream on her hands and rubbed it on my body. I asked her to increase her pressure, and she said if you are looking for a deep massage I am not your girl. I was looking for a massage, not someone applying cream on my body.

I mentioned it to the girl who rang me out, who seemed to be in a hurry to get to my credit card, and not deal with the bad service provided. 100 plus later I left all tense, and with the same muscle aches. ugh. I should get a refund. this sucked.

Marketta was amazing to say the least! A very talented therapist with such an amazing sense of intuitive guidance throughout the session. Thank you so much! I can't wait for my next treatment!

My massage was amazing but my facial was a joke. All the lady did was wash my face. She spent a lot of time texting on her phone. I did not get a facial mask and she did put stuff on my face then washed it off again and again. It is not what I'm use to. I would recommend the massage but not the facial. We

I was having an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE week. I went into SPA 41 in hopes of receiving a peaceful facial to relax my mind and hopefully brighten my day. Instead I left with a cut on my eye. The esthetician was performing a dermaplaning facial on the left side of my face when all of sudden I felt her blade slice my right eye. She moved her hand across my face for whatever reason and cut my right eye.

Now I have a scar under my right eye. This just added even more stress to my already stressful week, definitely not how I excepted my night to go at all. The esthetician also never apologized for cutting my face, she told me that it was " my fault" that she cut my face. I was never compensated in any way for this action. I would never recommend this spa to anyone.

I continue to love Spa 41. Sandy is wonderful and is now close to being my massage therapist for approximately 20 years. The spa package of 5 massages is a great way to save as well. Even though I continue to get massages when traveling, no one compares to Sandy.

What a gem! I booked a spur of the moment facial and luckily they had an opening. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by very pleasant staff and my esthetician who quickly checked me in, and escorted me to the treatment room. The treatment, the customer service, the atmosphere, and the facility were wonderful! I had the best experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I don't give 1-star reviews lightly, but here are the facts: My wife and I planned a long weekend visit to Naples for our Anniversary. Earlier in the week I called and spoke with "Tom" and requested two 90 minute massages for "this Friday" explaining that we would be leaving town on Sunday. Tom was pleasant enough on the phone, and upon booking us said, "we'll see you at 3:30 on Friday." (We were very pleased and excited, as this was to be one of the highlights to our relaxing mini-vacation to Naples.) Upon arriving for our scheduled appointment at 3:30 on Friday, the girl at the front desk informed us that there was no such appointment.

She looked further in her book where she found our appointment for 3:30 NEXT week and they are now fully booked and there is nothing she can do. Due to the surge in tourusm, at this point, all the reputable massage therapists in the area are also fully booked. We are beyond disappointed at the lack of professionalism and "not my problem" attitude from Spa 41 and "Tom" in particular.

This has put a serious damper on our special weekend. I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone give this establishment their business. There are plenty of other small businesses that care about customers who are more deserving of your time and money.

I was having a lot of stiffness in my neck/shoulders and Spa 41 was able to get me in same day for a massage. Milla rally listened to where I was having pain and targeted those areas immediately relieving me of the tension. After she suggested stretches I can do to help prevent future stiffness. I will be back!

Had a girls day today at Spa41. We got one of the terrific packages they offer. (Priced very reasonable) This package came with a Massage & Facial a T-shirt, Facial Samples and A few more spa treats in a bag. When we walked in the front desk women was very nice. The Facial was excellent and very relaxing I love the products they put on my face. The best massage I've had in a very long time. The Robes were very cozy. After all that pampering we walked across the plaza to Mimosas Restaurant. Best girls day ever! Thank you Spa 41 for making our day so special.

Spa 41 is an amazing gem! The owner is very nice and you can tell he treats his employees well. Prices are reasonable but more importantly the therapists are experienced. I have seen STELLA a few times now and she is wonderful. Not only does she perform a superior massage, but also provides tips on how to help with posture and your muscles between treatments.

I have been going to Oner at Spa 41 for massage for over 5 years. I have had hundreds of massages in my days, and Oner is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. He is so professional, and knowledgable. He cares so much about helping his clients feel better through massage. I work in a very high stress position. Every time I have a massage by Oner, my stress level goes from a 10 to 0, and my relaxation goes from a 0 to 10. He is truly wonderful. I highly recommend Oner for massage.

Hands down Tanya was the best massage therapist I have ever had in my life. I consider myself a massage connoisseur, getting them twice a month at home, and have seen hundreds of different therapists. I don't know what Tanya does or how she does it but she has magic hands. Perfection all around. 10/10. Stop reading this and go see her now. Seriously. Can't beat the price either.

We new fiancee and I were visiting from Delray Beach for the weekend, and Spa 41 was recommended by our hotel. They were spot on because the spa is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and well managed. Irina gave me the most incredible experience and hands down the BEST massage of my life, and I've had a lot of massages. Tanya did an excellent job on my fiancee's massage as well. I would highly recommend, and would drive two hours from Delray just for another massage. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My wife and two daughters truly enjoyed their facials and massage. We had a challenge with scheduling and were taken care of beyond our expectations. Highly recommend.

This was my second time here. This place is amazing. Received a facial by Brenda and she was fantastic. She took extra care and was very thorough. Great to talk to as well. I also received a massage by Tamara and she catered to all my sore areas. She had the right amount of pressure for massage. Great place!

This place is the ultimate best place I ever been to anywhere in every city! It's perfect! The type of deep tissue massages are incredible! And help me so much I have sciatica and I also am a dancer / Zumba instructor but when I am going consistently I am in perfect shape and it helps so much! Perfect place oh and the one massage therapist looks like Ryan flippe! ( cruel intentions/ movie) hot!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I wish I could give zero stars. Worst business I have ever dealt, staff completely unfriendly and rude specially Marketa Robinette. Massage horrible and less than 50 min, literally waste of time and money. Completely disappointed.

My husband and I went to Spa 41 for massages when our planned beach day was ruined by rain. We are in Naples for a much needed staycation. This turned out to be a great alternative to the beach day. We both had incredible massages. Both our providers were exceptional. It's a clean well appointed day spa tucked in the corner of a u- shape strip mall. The owner was friendly and kind. We both left feeling refreshed and relaxed! Definitely our go to when the beach is not an option, when visiting Naples.

This was such an amazing massage. Hard to find a great group of skilled professionals with all the so called clubs. You will not be disappointed. Trying many places in Naples and this is a great spot. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and crisp.

What can I say. Onur is the best! He always knows.without me telling him what my body needs. I recommend you give him a try! Spa 41 is friendly, relaxing and clean! The only request I would have from Spa 41 is that they could update their checkout system and booking system. It would be nice to receive a text vs phone call. That way I could send a quick confirmation via text. I have a business in Naples and new technology makes my life easier and more efficient.

We've been coming here for over 5 years. The staff are all very nice and do a wonderful job. Strong gentle hands make you feel a million times better when stress and work tightens your muscles and tenses your body so bad it hurts. Wonderful facial experience as well. I love coming here.

My daughter and I had a wonderful spa afternoon at Spa 41 as we were visiting in the area to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college. Serra and Irina were amazing creating the relaxing mood we were looking for. They communicated well to understand our requests and provided above-and-beyond service. I have been getting massages from here for about 3 years now. This is my go to place while I am in Naples. I am a competitive cyclist and am very particular about my sports / deep tissue massages, Marketa and Gintare are awesome. They listen to me when I talk about my problem areas and they adjust to address those needs. I've never had an issue with scheduling and I find their pricing to be very fair.

Very good couples massage but too much pressure for both my boyfriend and I. We both were sore the next day. Besides that everything was good.

Unbelievable experience! Went there for a couples massage.never have we experienced anything so amazing. They hit points on our bodies we didn't know needed any attention. Neither I nor my girlfriend had ever experienced full body massages and we can honestly, for a first time experience, we loved it! The ladies that handled our massages, were incredible, I hate that I Most likely am butchering their names but I believe they were Markita & Analee. We will definitely be going back.

I absolutely loved my Spa day at Spa 41. Miss Marketa was the one who took care of me, I was treated to a deep tissue massage and a facial with her and she was excellent. So sweet and caring, her hands are sent from heaven. I felt like a brand new person walking out of Spa 41.

Meh. It wasn't the worst massage I've had and not the best. I got the deep tissue and explained that I liked it really deep and that I would "tap out" if I couldn't handle it. I have had so many massages over the years, I know exactly what I want. I was staying at the Naples grand and didn't want to pay $220 for an 85 min massage so based on reviews I decided to try this place out.

I explained all my issues- back, plantar fasciitis, etc- but I don't feel like she worked extra hard on those areas. But what really pushed me over the edge and sealed this three star rating is that even though my massage didn't start right on time, they still ran the massage clock as if it started right when it was supposed to. To be specific, I was called back a couple minutes later than my appointment time and then I had to use the restroom. So.

Maybe the actual massage started 10 minutes later than scheduled. However, when the massage was done and I looked at the clock, it was exactly 85 minutes from when the massage was supposed to start. So, I actually only got a 75 minute massage. I know that's really splitting hairs, but I enjoy the kinds of places that go over on time, not under on time. Not cool.

I only wanted a relaxing deep tissue massage from an experienced therapist, and wasn't looking a high-end "spa experience". While visiting Naples on a vacation, I stumbled across Spa 41 while searching reviews. I had a wonderful massage, expertly delivered by therapist Onor. (sp?). The facility was larger than I expected, very clean and professional.

My therapist mentioned that it's been at the same location in Naples for over 30 years. It's hidden away in the corner of a nondescript strip mall, so be prepared to spend a few extra minutes to locate the entrance. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a quality treatment but you don't mind a simple setting.

After three years of trying massages at different spa's in Naples (about once every 6 weeks), Spa 41 is the best. My wife and I both had the best massages in Naples, here. Both therapists had the right sense of touch, knowing the right amount of pressure. Both maintained constant contact once the session began until it ended.

Very small, clean and comfortable spa located on US41 in the Outback Steakhouse parking lot. Rooms are diminutive yet relaxing and every masseuse I've had the pleasure to meet was excellent and nothing short of attentive. I've also enjoyed a few facials here and I was very pleased with the service as well as the price. Five stars in my book would be saunas and hot baths, and perhaps a selection of water or lemonade like I've had elsewhere. This place offers a humble dixie cup of water to their clients, which is still appreciated. We look forward to stopping in again soon!

We decided to try out Spa 41 while on a weeklong vacation in Naples. To be perfectly honest, I think I just made the wrong choice booking at this spa. We were a party of four--two couples in our late twenties. We wanted a chill spa afternoon as something to do on a cooler afternoon. I tried to book at the Woodhouse spa, but it was full. Spa 41 isn't the spa I was imagining.

The reception desk feels fairly sterile and doctors office-like. I had to ask for a glass of water, which ended up being a Dixie cup. The massage room was fine, but right off the reception desk. This meant I heard all other clients come and go, which definitely distracted from a relaxing atmosphere. The whole experience was very in-and-out; the type of massage I'd want on a Thursday evening after work, not the type of massage I want on a random afternoon on vacation. Perhaps this is a good local spot to get consistent massages, but it didn't feel like the vacation spa oasis I was hoping for. I don't think I'll be back.
