Let me start out by saying, I am very happy with my experience at Crystal's Spa and Salon. I get very nervous and anxious when it comes to my hair and salons because my hair is the worst type-dry, frizzy, coiled, damaged and on top on that, it's thin and breaks easily. I never had good experiences with salons before but I can safely say this was the best experience yet! I had a keratin treatment done and my hair is so straight and so silky, two things it has never been before. I would definitely go back.

Can't recommend Crystal's mediocre to poor salon/spa experience, after what was meant to be a "me day" ended with a hair cut opposite of what I wanted and too short to easily fix. Poor communication from my pro stylist and no attentiveness in the waiting room--rough experience!
