Soooo I went in for the first time just yesterday 5/31/22 A Mothers Day gift from my son located in the (BOSTON LOCATION) for a 50 minute relaxation massage and a 25 minute foot therapy with NICOLE firstly id like to commend the staff for such a clean and refreshing ambiance you can see a dustball on the floor that is how well kept and clean bella sante is andd it smelled soo fresh the minute i stepped off the elevator. that said lets get to the meat and potatoes. let me tell u something NICOLEEEEE was the best i have ever had her hands worked amazingly threw the massage she was sure to focus on the proper areas needed for me.

You know for sure that this is NICOLES passion she loves what she does it shows and feels in her work. when she completed my massage i was so relaxxxxed the rest of the day and believe it or not i have noooooo more pain in my body my body feels AMAZINGGGGG she worked out all the crooks and cranys out of me this is exactly what i needed. i will return at least twice a month and see this young lady. if I could give 10 STARS i would. The treatments Krisztina designed for me include 50 Min Medical Grade Facials + Brow Wax and Microneedling in rotation. Krisztina is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and nutrition. I have learned so much from her and observe my own transformation in my physical beauty, health, and wellness.

The best prenatal massage by Laquisha. She recommended the special pillow so I could lie on my stomach and it was fantastic.

I just had an 80 minute Alpine Deep Tissue massage with Lakeisha, at the downtown Boston location and she was AMAZING! She made the experience very relaxing and was also so sweet and nice. It just made me want to leave a happy review for her. Our family is military and it's hard to find a perfect massage therapist when we relocate and I feel like I've found the right one. I recently booked a hydra facial with Diaa and my skin looks radiant. It had been awhile since I had done anything and it was so relaxing! I will definitely be back soon :

From start to finish I had a wonderfully calming and relaxing experience. Avery gave me one of the best massages of my life. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would come here once a week if I lived here! The teas and infused water along with a beautiful relaxation area were the icing on the cake.

I would highly recommend a facial with Dia at the Newbury street location. I have been a client of Dia's for years and actually followed her as she recently returned to Bella Sante. She is very knowledgeable about skin. I usually get the hydrafacial, which is a wonderful technology, however utilizing the technology and getting the most out of a facial really has a lot to do with the esthetician and their level of experience. I've had hydrafacials with other estheticians and the results have not been the same. Dia is fantastic! Schedule your appointment and get great results.

I've been going to Bella Sante in Wellesley for years. Elena for your hair is great and always so Pleasant and knowledgeable. Emma, in reception, is always so polite, patient and accommodating. The spa is always such a relaxing experience (i've gotten facials, massages). The entire place is so welcoming, clean and well kept, I just love going back there (even now during covid, I was never worried I could get sick there). If you haven't tried Bella Sante in Wellesley yet, book and appointment and GO - you'll love it!

Didn't even get to have our massage. Booked 2 massages for our vacation for later the same day, and the person booking accidentally booked one with someone who wasn't in that day. We weren't informed until we arrived at the salon and they couldn't find the second appointment. There was no call, no email, nothing. They offered us a spot for one person 2 hours later than our original time or to do a facial appointment, which we weren't interested in.

Very frustrating. Would have liked some communication from the spa before we walked across town on our vacation to not get anything done. At least they didn't charge us for canceling the one massage appointment we had I guess.

I have been a couple times now, getting the stress reduction and relaxation massage and have had an incredible experience both times. I always left feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. The studio itself is clean and the staff take every precaution to keep things tidy and sanitary. Absolutely love this place

Nicole was perfect. She worked expertly on all of my problem areas. The spa was beautiful and very clean. Masks were worn by all parties including the guest service reps. Pricing was very reasonable I just wish I could have booked a 2hr massage

I decided to have a "day of me". Started with an 80 minute massage with John. Very professional and courteous, checked in multiple times to make sure the temperature in the room and the pressure he was using was appropriate. Fabulous massage, feel great! Then I had a 50 minute Hydra Facial with Alexandra. Alexandra was also great, checking in with temperatures and pressure.

Amazing facial and scalp massage! Finished with a 50 minute pedicure with Tina. Such a relaxing experience, great recommendation to upgrade to a different polish since I wore sneakers. Feel amazing, will definitely be back and highly recommend!
