Just had a mammogram from Zhenette and it was wonderful! I have lots of knots in my neck, and she gave me tips on keeping my neck knot-free between massages. Pressure was just right and I felt amazing afterward. Booked online which was very easy!

I've been seeing Zhenette at Natural Body for the last 6 months and I can say without a doubt she is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. With most massages I've received in the past, it felt like the therapist was just going through the motions, but the first time Zhenette worked on me I could tell there was something different about her.

She is extremely intuitive reading my body and knowing which areas need the most attention at that moment. I've been recovering slowly from a car accident and her massages have been a huge help in getting my body back to it's natural state. I've recommended her to friends and family who also have shared glowing reviews about working with Zhenette. She is the best!

Fantastic experience! I recently used a gift card that I received for my birthday, got a 60 minute massage that was exactly what I needed on so many levels! First, they were so professional and friendly. They kept everything so clean! And they changed my mind on massages! In the past it's always been too hard or too soft but Zhenette knew exactly how to work on me and my trouble spots without making it hurt!

She explained what she was doing, asked questions about my day to day life to get an idea of what I needed and never seemed to get tired during the massage (past experiences ) Thank you so much and will be back!

I have never had a massage before so I goggled spas and they had the best rating so I booked an appointment for a full body standard massage and let's just say I felt close to the skies above my appointment was with the lovely Miss Katieb and let's just say I'll be back to see her again

I went to this spa with my mom for my birthday. I was excited to get my massage. The massage felt great and everything went well until the masseuse started asking me really uncomfortable questions. Out of nowhere she starts explaining how she thinks COVID is fake and is a international ploy for Ukraine to take over the world. She then explains she's from Romania and thinks Vladimir Putin is amazing.

She said so many random things I started to get scared. She said she believes a German man owns every media outlet in the whole world. Keep in mind I asked her no questions and barely responded. I've never been so uncomfortable during a service. I am disappointed my first massage was ruined by a conspiracy theorist.

Fantastic facial today - I called this morning and they fit me in. Pamela gave me an amazing facial which included a painless extraction (for me this has never happened). I loved every minute!

I hate giving only three stars because everyone here was so friendly. I received a gift card for my birthday so I booked a 60min hot stone massage and a Brazilian wax (my first wax). When I arrived I filled out a new client form and waited for about 5-10 mins. It really wasn't bad. I was taken back for my wax first. She was so friendly and we had great conversation but it took literally an hour.

It being my first wax I googled, a lot and felt reassured it wouldn't take more than 20mins. Boy was I surprised. I did ask at one point if she did a lot of waxes and she said no, she was certified but she did mostly facials. I also paid for a full Brazilian. When the front was finished she said okay all done and I had to speak up and say I thought I was getting a Brazilian, I was told, "oh yeah some people only want the front with a Brazilian".

Then why wouldn't I get a bikini wax? No big deal, just felt taken back. She did a great job even though it took forever. When I got to my massage, 35 mins late I felt the massage therapist was annoyed and didn't speak much which is fine. The massage was okay, but I wouldn't say it went above and beyond any expectations. I do just want to say I went to sweet peach on in VI HI today for my second wax and it was painless and took about 15 mins.

My husband and I had an amazing experience. Our estheticians and massage therapist were amazing. We will definitely be back

Enjoyed a much needed massage with Jessica over the weekend. Booking was easy to do online. I booked a 90 minute massage and she spent time before making sure I shared my priority areas. She did a good job. The facility is well kept and clean. I got lost the gps took me in circles, but this is located in the peach tree battle plaza with Talbots. I called and they were understanding. If you're late past 15 minutes they will deduct the time from your total service.

Took my husband here for a couples massage. The facility was clean, tranquil and we left feeling relaxed.

Tyra is everything. A very intuitive massage therapist with the perfect pressure and attention to places I didn't even know I needed. I wish I lived here so I could see her regularly. Thank you so much for the healing!

I just had a wonderful experience at Natural Body at Peachtree battle. It started with a phone call making my appointment and they were so professional and friendly. My sister bought me a gift certificate for an hour massage. Stephanie was so professional and she listened to what I wanted and delivered. Amazing

Natural Body would not honor a $150 gift card my husband purchased for me as a gift. The name "Natural Body Spa" was on the associated card! Very poor customer service. All the front reception lady Neela said was "we don't accept these anymore"! No apology, no remedy, no alternatives! Not customer-friendly at all!

My therapist was not friendly and didn't even bother to try and make me feel comfortable. She acted like she didn't want to touch me. I won't even go into the reason why I feel this way. It was my very first time there and you would think they would put their best foot forward to gain a repeat client. I frequent the spa at Chateau Elan and my expectation was to at least have somewhat of a similar experience at Natural Body. Not even close! I Won't be back and will not recommend anyone to the Buckhead location. I felt more stressed after my service than I did before which is totally backwards.

Do not go to Natural Body Spa Smyrna. I showed up for a 12:30 appointment and never received services because the person doing my services was running late. I was told they could cut the services I had booked so the person behind me could receive their services. Who treats clients that way. Natural Body Spa Smyrna. We were their for my sister's 50th birthday. Ruined it.

You only turn 50 once. Carolyn made up excuses for Edward and then he walked off. I had to wait for the rest of my party to finish their services. I asked to speak to someone from corporate but was given several excuses as to why, such as they can call you on Monday. They wouldn't give me any phone numbers. I was able to speak to the supervisor from the call center who could not understand. Everyone kept saying they do not run late. Not true today. Do not waste your time. THEY TREATED ME LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN WITH NO REPARATIONS

GO SEE CRYSTAL! I am terrified of massages! I have a double "S" scoliosis and have had some absolutely terrible massages, but THAT ALL STOPS HERE! CRYSTAL IS THE REAL DEAL! She is attentive, kind, listens, funny, super knowledgeable, really is "there" for the client, and most of all Hands Of Gold! That was THE BEST MASSAGE/DEEP TISSUE I have ever had and again. I hate massages. It was slightly otherworldly, to be honest. I have not felt that relaxed and at peace for months. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I decided to treat myself one day, and I found this through Yelp. I made a reservation about 2.5 weeks out for the Body Treat, which is a combination of the Signature Massage and Signature Facial. There are several (about 10) Natural Body Spa & Shop locations in Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. This location has a private parking lot (plenty of spaces), which is shared by other businesses.

Natural Body Spa & Shop is located on the 2nd floor. I was greeted by the front desk when I entered, and one of them helped me get started. She took me into the waiting area, where you can try the Peppermint tea! I highly recommend this! Very soothing before you enter the dimly-lit massage rooms. I sat for about 10 minutes before Sasha called for me because I arrived a bit early for my appointment. Sasha (Masseuse): Recommend.

I actually fell asleep during the massage, which does not happen often! Great amount of pressure! Elika (Esthetician): Recommend. She used numerous products, so I am not sure what was what. However, she commented appropriately here and there, especially about my dry skin spots and exfoliation. I enjoyed it. Would I come back? Absolutely. Do not forget to check in for the 5% off services. According to them, they are always organic and in style for custom facials, brows/lashes, massages, mani/pedi, etc.

This spa was very relaxing, everyone was very professional. My appointment was with Rachel and she was very good! I will definitely come back!

Went here for a couples massage for our anniversary yesterday. It was amazing, definitely would go back. We don't live close to this location but will drive the 2 hours for sure. We can't wait to come back!

Just came here for a birthday massage and it was wonderfullll : The decor is beautiful, the ambiance inside the treatment rooms is very relaxing, and the service top notch. My therapist gave me the natural full body massage and it was magical Felt way longer than an hour! Enjoyed delicious hot tea and cucumber water before and after the massage. Also loved the huge variety of organic beauty products in the front.

Crystal was absolutely amazing. This was by far the best massage I've EVER received.! I walked away feeling better than I did when I arrived. She was perfect! She confirmed the areas that needed attention, and did exactly that. It was the right pressure and intensity. I can't wait to make another appointment!

2020 will be the year that I start to listen to and take better care of my body. In addition to some form of exercise, I'll be returning here once a month to see Sasha. I sit at a computer for work most of the day and I can feel the toll that it's taking on my back and neck. I left Sasha feeling 100 times better after having a deep tissue massage.

She's amazing and also a great conversationalist - IF you want to talk. Also, the ambiance of NBS (the smell, staff, tea, shop, warm neck pillows, etc), all make it an awesome experience. One of the best spas I've been to in Atlanta.

I went for an hour and a half massage for some chronic pain I've been suffering from for years now. I have a regular girl that I see but she was out of town, so thought I'd try this out so I didn't have to wait long in between massages. Great decision! I told her specific points that I needed to stay away from and where my pain is, and she listened, had the right amount of pressure and gained my trust immediately so I could truly relax. I can't wait to go back, it was a lovely experience from walking in and having reception greet me, to check out! I can't wait to try other services next time!

This is a must if you want a good foot massage. My husband and I stopped in randomly on a Sunday. We got right in, and the two women that took care of us, (my only regret is I did not get their names, I would love to have the same people when we go back, and we WILL return)these women were awesome. Not only do you get a GREAT foot massage, you also get a head and scalp massage, they do your shoulders, hands and of course, your legs.

My only TINY complaint was the room was a little loud, but I can tune pretty much anything out, so this was not really even an issue. I might have to try a facial next time, but the foot massage felt so awesome! and the prices are VERY good!

I absolutely LOVED my experience here. When you walk in, it's peaceful and serene. The staff is kind and thoughtful. The therapists are warm, caring and knowledgeable. I had a CBD massage and a mangosteen facial. I'm still reaping the rewards of both services. I will definitely go back. Although I received 5 star service I gave this review a 4 stars. Here's why: This service was a gift for mother's day.

At the end when I paid I knew I would pay $35 more than what I was quoted because after assessing my skin additional service was suggested that I added. I was also planning on tipping both therapists as well. However, the cashier hounded me at the front desk for the tips. Repeatedly asking how I want to tip. This to me was extremely tacky and embarrassing.

I do get massages regularly once a month at least. It was my first time coming to NB for massage service because I was in this side of town. The massage was so rough that it took me a least two weeks recover from soreness. My masseuse was consistently reminded me that I was out of shape and FAT. I am 5'4 and 143lbs and I do not believe that I am out of shape at all. Massage supposed to be in a calm place so people can relax but not in this location.

I support black businesses. Small businesses etc. I had the CBD massage and Mangosteen facial. Listen! Hands down thee best experience I've ever had at a spa. The energy is great. The people are great. The service was great. The only thing that was a bit off putting was. for the lack of better words. the eagerness & mild hounding of the receptionists/ cashier "requesting a tip" for the technicians. The service is a bit pricey but it is absolutely worth it. I would definitely go back.

Amazing! I'm new to massages but this massage was so great. I was promptly attended to, offered a beverage, and a warm neck pillow. I had the 60 minute Natural Body massage with Dorian. I felt like every muscle or tension spot was attended to meticulously. The pressure level was great, not rough but not a soft massage. Dorian was attentive to the sore spots.

I have tension in my shoulder blades and so he started there and spent plenty of time working on knots on both shoulders. Hit all the spots I can't ever seem to relieve myself! 10/10 will come back for any future massage therapy needs.

Loved it. Clean, professional, kind, and informative. I saw Nicole and she gave me a wonder relaxing experience while I got my facial. She talked to me and taught me about my skin and how to improve my personal skin care. All of the staff was friendly and the environment is wonderful. I work In The beauty industry myself so I really appreciate a good spa.

This place is absolutely awesome! The staff are very professional and friendly and Dorian Yaaaasssss! His hands are heaven sent. This is my 3rd time coming to this location and every time I've had him! He never disappoints. When you first arrive you are greeted by someone who verifies your appointment and then takes you to a waiting room. Once in the waiting room you're offered a warm neck pillow (it's a MUST) and warm mint tea or a glass of cold refreshing water.

They are extremely timely so please arrive about 5-10 min. earlier than scheduled. Once, your masseuse takes you go back, you have a brief consult and then let the relaxation begin. The ambience is soothing and the masseuse thorough! Again if you can, please ask for Dorian. He is AWESOME! Oh and they have a pineapple/ginger candle that is to die for!
