Think twice before visiting. I had been a loyal customer for years until a horrible car accident prevented me from getting massages for a while. In the interim, I had received multiple gift certificates to this establishment as gifts. Once I was able to return; the owner, Jerrilyn Jones, told me she would NOT ACCEPT any gift certificates over 2 years old.
There is nothing on either of these 4 certificates stating they couldn't be redeemed.the only thing it states is that I was subject to a late fee if the certificates weren't used by the expiration date. I completely understand that and I was willing to pay the fee but the owner wouldn't budge, she wouldn't compromise, wouldn't even offer a 2 for 1 - nothing. So she's gotten hundreds of dollars and provided zero services. I think this is a horrible and unacceptable way to conduct business.
