In an effort to streamline your appointment booking, online appointments will require a pre-payment using a debit, credit or electronic gift card. If you wish to book an appointment without pre-paying for your visit or if you have a package, just call us, and we'll quickly get you scheduled. Simply change or cancel while in your account on our website or by calling us at 678-343-3585. If you cancel or reschedule, an automatic credit will be placed on your account to use anytime or we can issue a refund anytime.

Today was my first time at the spa. You have to overlook the exterior, it is not as I expected. They need a yard person to get it in shape. Once you are inside it is a whole different experience. All was spotless and very well decorated. You felt ease at once. I had the 60 minute medium massage with Simona. She was very professional and helped with many of the muscle issues I have. I have already booked another session for 90 minutes. They offer several different types of massages. I highly recommend them.

With all the COVID issues, we had to postpone and reschedule our couples massage several times. Everyone was more than gracious to work with us. Alas, by the time we could come in, they don't do "couples massages" anymore. understandable. but we still had great massages. Wonderful personnel and very relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend The Ahh Spa!

Best place ever! The owners know you by name and are always eager to help you! LeKeisha Jones is amazing! She always makes me feel 100% better! She takes the time to explain alternative treatments that will insure continuous good health. She is like no other! I highly recommend the Ahh Spa, every experience has been a great one!

This is my first time and I'm beyond impressed with this beautifully appointed quaint spa in downtown Gainesville. I went to the Ahh Spa when it was on Limestone Pkwy forever ago and the service was great but the bathroom wasn't near treatment rooms so I never went back. The spa is beautifully decorated and smells amazing- the music and temperature are perfect.
I saw LeKeisha today for "intense therapy" and she was like finding the hidden gem of massage therapists. She got right to work on my problem areas, firm pressure, and radiated positive energy. I'm so happy I was able to get in last minute on a Sunday afternoon and will be rebooking right away for another service. Pricing is typical for the area.
My only complaint would be that the online booking form asks for gratuity when you schedule and pay-. How am I supposed to know what I want to leave of I don't know how the service was? I mean, you can leave $0 or whatever and bring cash (they have gratuity envelopes) but I just thought it was awkward and weird to ask for it in advance. So- bring extra cash to tip a little more if you want!
