Best customer service ever! Serum Matriciel Visage is one of my absolute favorite serums from Biologique Recherche. It makes my skin smooth and plump; it just makes my skin happy! I have been going to Paul for hair color and cuts since 1989. I consistently receive compliments on my hair color, and many friends have become clients of Paul. Paul and and his husband Brian run a welcoming, superior quality salon. In addition to his professional talents, Paul is an exceptionally kind person who gratuitously gives back by in his spare time visiting nursing homes and providing "make overs"for battered women.

I ordered online but they sent me the wrong product. When I contacted them for a return, I had to pay for return shipping. I've bought several times from this salon, and things went smoothly. But this time they wouldn't admit to the mistake and put the blame on me. I will be buying elsewhere from now on.

I have been a customer of Paul Labrecque since they opened. My hair always looks beautiful, both the cut and the color. The service is outstanding. During the Corona closure my stylist Amerah has gone above and beyond, offering guidance for home care. I am always getting compliments on my hair. All the staff are friendly and professional. I look forward when they reopen after the pandemic. Highly recommend!

Best place TO BE DISFIGURED - One star as no star doesn't exist as an option My son came back from a facial on the eve of an audition, disfigured by a novice, A chemical burn was confirmed by the dermatologist. The treating aesthetician, after half heartedly apologizing and refunding the money for the treatment, actually lied that she never did in fact apply the product (chemical peel) that ruined my son face. Let this be a warning: fancy name and even fancier prices are NO guarantee of quality!
