Prenatal massage offers moms a chance to connect with their baby and can be a healthy option to manage stress. Our minds and our bodies need to find a place of softness and spaciousness to welcome the birthing process. The "Magical Table" as my clients call it, multi- positions of semi reclined and side lying, allows muscles to relax, and the nurturing atmosphere invites emotions to settle.
Clients leave the table with increased comfort, and report improved sleep, mood and awareness in their bodies.

Effective bodywork in pregnancy that promotes energy, confidence, and strength in their body as their baby grows. Prenatal massage offers moms a chance to connect with their baby and can be a healthy option to manage stress. Current, specialized techniques are applied each trimester to support mom-to-be as her body and baby progress.
Postpartum massage will speed recovery and give new moms a confidence boost to make it through the long hours. Our sessions have extra time built in to include baby's needs! Baby can join us on the massage table either in side-lying or in semi-reclined positions, feeding and snuggling as needed! We also have a private room at Joy Collective called the Quiet-ish Room for families to use to feed baby before and after or to have a loved one come and hold baby and bring baby to mama as needed!Babies love this bonding time during immediate postpartum and are happy to be skin to skin during the massage!
To help manage stress, we encourage you to experience exceptional quality and relaxing massage therapy. The number of sauna cycles- going into the sauna and cooling down out of - and the duration of time in and out of, can vary from person to person based on preferences. When the heat becomes uncomfortable its time to step out and cool down.

HeatherLyn is incredibly kind and such a master at her craft. She's been a massage therapist for over 20 years and her depth of knowledge really shows. Combine that with a really cozy setting and I've definitely found my go to place for maternity massage! I was 8 months pregnant when I had my first session and I'll be booking one of her postpartum massage packages later today!

Heather is an amazing massage therapist! She really helped with my postpartum recovery after my C-section. She made house-calls since it was during the pandemic and this was such a blessing that I did not have to venture out. Her massages were always rejuvenating and I really wish I could have had them more often! Heather is a very warm and wonderful person and she also has great suggestions for taking care of your baby and yourself. Highly recommend her!

Men, if you want a supremely happy pregnant wife, this is the key. This place is the best for prenatal or postnatal care for mommas! Heather has the best hands and I went from "let's try it out" to "I MUST HAVE THIS EVERY WEEK" when I hit 35 weeks. I can't speak highly enough of it if you enjoy massages or feel uncomfortable at hour stage of pregnancy. (She also offers multipacks now).
